My year started off on a very positive note when I received the following from Greg in Montreal:
"I find Hordit extremely useful. I'm a college professor in Montreal, and my
school is in the process of disengaging from the WebCT pedagogical platform. As
a result, I have files on my work computer, on the school server, and on my
laptop and desktop at home. With Hordit I can keep them all in one place and
call them up in the classroom (we have smart classrooms with computer
projectors). It's allowed me to stop emailing and flash-driving all my files
everywhere.
I like the Hordit interface and the ease of browsing on the
site. In fact, my only problem is that Hordit isn't quite as friendly to Google
Chrome as it is to FF and IE. Whenever I see a nomination blank for the 2008
Crunchies I enter Hordit.
Congratulations on the start-up; it's an
excellent service, and I've already showed it to several colleagues who have
declared their intention to use it."
